The hotel's location would be ideal for shopping enthusiasts, with a mall nearby. the breakfast was adequate and the food was considered reasonable for the price. In terms of room quality, some of its facilities were satisfactory such as the wash area, but it's mentioned to be more like a dungeon with an outdated map to showcase.
It seems that the hotel's WiFi speed was sub-standard.

The food offered at this hotel was reasonably good. the location was well situated in close proximity to key landmarks, making it a convenient accommodation choice. On top of that, the staff were friendly and helpful whenever any queries arose.
It was disappointing to encounter muddy water in the shower, toilet, and wash area in the morning, which made bathing somewhat unpleasant. the WiFi was virtually useless, as it was very slow, and constantly unavailable, making it difficult to browse online or complete work-related tasks.

During my xmas stay, I appreciated the location of the hotel as it was in close proximity to several attractions. the food offered at the hotel was reasonably priced and of decent quality. hotel staff were friendly and accommodating during check-in and check-out.
The water in the shower, toilet, and wash area was muddy in the morning, which was unpleasant. the WiFi was unreliable as it often had slow speeds or wouldn't even connect.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The location is great, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The service was excellent, with staff always willing to help and provide assistance. The room amenities were fantastic, with ironing facilities and tea/coffee making facilities available. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a separate sitting area for relaxation. The free toiletries provided were of high quality and the electric kettle was a convenient addition. The television had a flat-screen and a good variety of channels to choose from. The dining restaurant offered delicious meals, with a wide range of options to suit every palate. The staff were friendly, attentive, and ensured that all my needs were met.
I highly recommend this place to friends.
